- SFMC onboarding
- Setup of email template-based dynamic emails and SMS via Email Studio
- Synchronization of data
- Integration of Salesforce org with Marketing Cloud using the connector.
- Addition of an “unsubscribe” button and identification of potential spam triggers in the email content.
- Reports to view key insights around subscribers, emails, tracking.
- Journey development via Journey Builder.
