Intra-Hexaview Cricket Match

Hexaview cricket enthusiasts recently held an Intra-Hexaview cricket match. Considering sports as a way of life, the company has been promoting sports in its operational areas and bringing forth the importance of sports in the holistic development of employees, the program was kicked-off on September 13, 2019 with much enthusiasm, copious of active employees of Hexaview eminently CTO also participated.

"No cricket team in the world depends on one or two players. The team always plays to win". So it was framed and competed by two Teams: Team A led by Manish & Team B led by Umang, the structure was very similar to the generic structure of Cricket team: Captains, Vice-Captain and team players. Winning the toss and Bowling first by Team A in a pitch that got the ball to stop and turn, openers of Team B got off to a flying start. What followed was a string of errors by Team A fielders, who dropped the number of Catches. A crucial head by Team B in flying way led to setting a decent target of 146 for their luck vein.

Team A openers CTO Ankit Aggarwal made a Decent score, but Team B's display on the field was much more professional, with the bowlers Ajay and Deepak putting together strings of dot balls and tight overs and this led to disappointment by losing Ankit's wicket in early 4th over. Apparently, the unstoppable hit by Abhishek & Manish continued to smack the bowlers around the field as they raced to win before the maximum Bowling over out. A score of 146 was easily coped by Team A with 7 wickets in hand to make a Winning Match and this dedication is worthwhile.

It was a nice game with some action, some humor, a little bit of sledging and some really good shots. But most importantly, everyone enjoyed! Thanks to Events and HR team for organizing this event amidst compiling codes and Jira comments.

Sport is greatly architectural in promoting teamwork, shaping an employee personality and this cricket tournament would definitely work as a confidence & team booster. There is an amazing amount of employee that goes into competitive at the very best level and additionally, the players demonstrate an amazing level of talent fascinating and reacting to massive amounts of knowledge in a short span.
